How can I obtain payment information or a copy of a receipt for my toll charges?

If you hired a car with Alamo in the United States or Canada and incurred any charges for using toll lanes during the time of your rental, you can access the receipts related to these charges on the Highway Toll Administration’s website.

How to access your receipt

• Visit: TollPassGo.com
• Select Alamo as your rental agency.
• Click the 'View Receipt and Online Payment Options' link.
• Complete the 'Locate Your Statement' form, you need to provide.
  • Your last name
  • The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card number used to pay for the rental.
